OCT 13, 2003 (newstodate): Latvian forwarding company, Spedair reports that its Ukrainean office in Kiev is seeing growth in the market.

Spedair set up its office in Kiev one year ago, manned by eight people.
-During the period January-September, Spedair generated 152 tonnes of ex-Ukraine cargo, primarily shipments of textiles and electronics, she says.
Spedair's statistics show that El Al Cargo topped the list with 58 tonnes, while Lufthansa Cargo lifted 25 tonnes out of Ukraine, followed by KLM Cargo with 16 tonnes.
