DEC 28, 2003 (newstodate): Late Saturday, the Danish Emergency Management Agency sent two chartered IL-76 aircraft from Billund Airport to the Iranian disaster area.
Each loaded with some 40 tonnes of relief materials, the two aircraft departed late evening and immediately before midnight, respectively, and will arrive in the area by Sunday afternoon.
GSAsia acted as broker, and DFDS Transport as forwarding agency on behalf of the Danish agency.
