FEB 28, 2003 (newstodate): Dutch logistics company, Frans Maas has acquired a 20% stake in Lithuanian company Eurotolis, with an option to increase its stake further with effect from March, the company says in a release.
Wtih a total staff of 11, and a turnover around two million euros, Eurotolis has been building up its position in Lithuania as a provider of international forwarding services.
Eurotolis will become a full member of the Frans Maas global network, changing its name into FM-Eurotolis.
With this acquisition, Frans Maas claims to be present in all European countries, excluding only former Yugoslavia and Albania.
