APR 28, 2003 (newstodate): Polar Air Cargo has anounced new initiatives to boost quality of operations and customer service.
Member of the Cargo 2000, Polar will upgrade its software to enhance customer service, report on irregularities, and track Cargo 200 milestones including additional statistical evidence on flights and shipments.
Under Polar`s ongoing Polar Wuality Management process, on-time arrivals within two hours have improved from 61 percent in 2000 to 90 percent in 2001.
