Over the last 12 months, the rise in online enquiries made by customers to track consignments, obtain price quotations and request consignment collections with the number of enquiries has risen 80%, from 13 million to over 24 million.
TNT Express has recorded a particularly strong surge in figures for customers using the company website to track their consignments with an increase from 12 million to over 20 million.
