JUL 18, 2003 (newstodate): Boeing Commercial Airplanes is taking further measures to stem the effect from the spiralling downturn in the industry.
The company announced yesterday that a further 4-5.000 jobs must go, in addition to the 5.000 redundancies already contained in the formerly published plan for this year.
