AUG 01, 2003 (newstodate): From July 28, Slovakian low-cost operator SkyEurope and Czech CSA have started code-share operations on the route Prague Kosice.
The route is operated twice daily by SkyEurope aircraft where CSA has blocked seats on a fixed allotment for its passengers.
-It is a rare example of co-operation between a traditional and and a low-cost airline in Europe, however extending opportunities for passengers of both airlines as CSA increased number of daily return flights from 3 to 4 and SkyEurope increased its number of flights from 1 to 2 daily rotations, says Pavol Mlady, SkyEurope marketing manager.
