AUG 21, 2003 (newstodate): In July, Dragonair saw its cargo volumes up by astounding 45.08 percent, year-on-year, to 22,841 tonnes, the second-highest level this year.
The volume in July also increased by 7.61 percent over the previous month.
In the period January-July, the airline's cargo volume was 143,580, an increase by 48.87 percent over last year.
In July, the available tonne-kilometres were up by 11.94 percent only, so the increase is a major growth in load factors.
