SEP 11, 2003 (newstodate): With its forthcoming winter's program, Austrian Airlines is increasing its focus on the new EU member states in Eastern Europe.
Budapest, now served three times daily from Vienna by Austrian, will see the addition of a further flight, and services to Kosice in Slovakia will increase from five to ten weekly flights.
With its new frequencies to Budapest and Kosice, and its scheduled connections to a total of 34 cities in Central and Eastern Europe, the Austrian Airlines Group will offer a total of 360 weekly flights to the region.
