SEP 02, 2003 (newstodate): From October 27, SAS will meet stiffened competition on its lucrative "Scandinavian Triangle" as Finnair-owned Nordic Airlink inaugurates its new route between Stockholm and Oslo.
Nordic Airlink will operate the route eight times per day in both directions with MD-80 aircraft.
More routes will be added from this autumn, says Nordic Airlink in a press release.
Norwegian Air Shuttle already flies the route Oslo-Stockholm twice daily on a low-fares basis.
