SEP 04, 2003 (newstodate): Czech airline CSA has announced a deep-going top management reshuffle, taking immediate effect from the Board meeting on September 2.
The CSA Board of directors was dissolved, and new members were appointed.
Jaroslav Tvrdik is now chairman of the Board of directors, and Kamil Slavik vice-chairman.
President Miroslav Kula and vice-president HR, Michal Kraus were removed from their positions, and Jaroslav Tvrdik appointed president, and Jaroslav Svabik vice-resident, HR.
CSA describes the process as a finalisation of the so-called "German-style" management model, and enforcement of efforts to boost a more dynamic developemnt at CSA.
