SEP 22, 2003 (newstodate): Wiggins Planestation will meet today before an arbitrating court with the owners of Danish regional airport, Odense.
In summer 2000, Wiggins Planestation obtained a 10 years contract with the publicly-owned Odense Airport for commercial operations.
Plans included freighter and charter traffic, and as part of the deal, the airport owners invested in extension of the runeway to accomodate Boeing 737 operations.
No operations have, however, been introduced, nor has Wiggins Planestation even paid any of its fees due to the airport owners that has now taken the case to the court.
