JAN 21, 2004 (newstodate): Uzbekistan Airways has been forced to ground its fleet of six Yak-40 aircraft.
The order to keep the aircraft on ground is caused by the recent crash near Tashkent of a similar aircraft from the airline, killing 37 people.
The planes will be held till the results from the ongoing investigation has been analysed.
