NOV 02, 2004 (newstodate): Bulgarian budget airline, Bexx Air that was forced to close operations by the Bulgarian authorities, has postponed its press conference planned for November 8.
-The press conference has been postponed for a few days as the discussion in the Bulgarian parliament over the privatisation of Bulgaria Air is still not settled. And we do not want to interfere with this, says Dirk Wiesemann, Bexx Air Director PR & Sales.
Bexx Air still plans for a return to the skies, airing plans for cooperation with two undisclosed airlines.
Bexx Air maintains the position that the government intervention against it was driven by a decision to support instead the state-owned airline Bulgaria Air, poised for privatisation in 2005.
