NOV 03, 2004 (newstodate): The Faroese airline Atlantic Airways has confirmed its contract with cargo GSA ScanPartners to provice cargo sales in Denmark.
-We are happy to continue our cooperation with Atlantic Airways that is now alone in providing air transportation between Denmark and the Faroe Islands, says Bo Seidelin, ScanPartners managing director.
-To match the new situation in the market, the airline has more than doubled its capacity on the routes, including the modification of one of its three BAe 146-200 aircraft to carry cabin containers for cargo purposes, he says.
After the renewal of the contract, ScanPartners will now dedicate more staff to serving Atlantic Airways.
