FEB 25, 2004 (newstodate): Lufthansa has anounced plans to add services, starting in May, to Russian destinations Rostov-on-Don, and Ufa.
Services will be operated three times weekly.
Rostov-on-Don, in North Caucasus, will be operated witha Canadiair Jet, while Ufa, the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan, will be servied by Airbus A319 aircraft.
Also from the new summer schedule, Lufthansa will increase flights from Frankfurt to Samara to seven weekly operations.
In addition, the airline will offer two new flights from Munich to St Petersburg, while also adding a new weekly route between St PEtersburg and Dusseldorf.
In total, Lufthansa will operate 138 weekly flights between Frankfurt, Munich and Dusseldorf and 14 destinations in Russia and the CIS during this summer's program.
