MAR 04, 2004 (newstodate): During the summer schedule from March 29, German budget airline Germania Express will introduce daily direct, nonstop services into Moscow.
The company already provides daily flights to Moscow from Berlin, Munich and Dusseldorf, but so far the traffic has been hubbing at Berlin, requiring a transfer for passengers from Munich and Dusseldorf.
-We are also targetting a new route to St Petersburg and keeping an eye on more destinations in Eastern Europe, but none of these will appear in this summer's programme, and no dates for these new destinations have been specified yet, says Claudia Lffler Germania Express press officer.
To cope with the increased traffic this summer, the company will operate three additional Fokker 100 aircraft, bringing the fleet to a total of 16 of these aircraft
