APR 29, 2004 (newstodate): In May, Aeroflot will take over its seventh Airbus A319 aircraft under its ongoing fleet renovation program.
Already on Aeroflot's fleet are six Airbus A320 and one Boeing 767-300, and the delivery of a further 11 Airbus A319 and A320 plus eight Boeing 767-300 is proceeding according to the plan, where a similar number of Russian-built, ageing aircraft will be retired.
