JUN 17, 2004 (newstodate): On June 4, Slovenian forwarding and logistics provider Intereuropa has opeted a new facility at Ljubljana Brnik Airport to accommodate Intereuropa's UPS branch.
Intereuropa and UPS worked together since 1989, and a contract on cooperation in Slovenia and Croatia was signed in 1991.
In 1995, Intereuropa set up an office in Ljubljana Brnik, which was later reorganized as UPS Branch based in Brnik, while regional offices were opened in Celje, Novo mesto and Koper.
Later in 2004, Intereuropa also plans to acquire new facilities in Zagreb, Maribor, Ljubljana and Logatec.
