JUN 15, 2004 (newstodate): Lebanese carrier Middle East Airlines has signed a contract with CHAMP Cargosystems to implement its eCHAMP IT system for managing the airline's cargo business.
The contract will run for five years.

Middle East Airlines, operating a fleet of three A330-200 and six A321-200 aircraft, offers loose and containerized cargo capacity in and out of 28 major airports with transit and warehouse capabilities at their main hub in Beirut through their Ground Handling Agent, MEAG.
