JUL 27, 2004 (newstodate): Bulgarian airline Hemus Air is bent on expansion, and is now vying for permits to add regional Balkan routes between Sofia, Skopje and Tirana.
Hemus Air is also seeking licences to operate new route to Belgrade, Serbia, and Podgorica, Montenegro.
