JUL 21, 2004 (newstodate): Polish budget airline Wizz Air is planning for growth after its expected financial boost this year.
Starting from September 15, Wizz Air plans to increase its volume of flights by 40 percent.
The airline's routes from Warsaw to Dortmund and Brussels routes will be operated daily, while routes to Copenhagen from fly Warsaw, Katowice and Gda�sk will be operated four times weekly.
Wizz Air's plans for growth aims at securing a stronghold against competition from EasyJet in the region.
Earlier in July, EasyJet announced plans to start operations from London to Warsaw and the southern Polish city of Krakow in October, and expand its service to Budapest.
EasyJet already operates into Ljubljana and Prague.
