AUG 27, 2004 (newstodate): The market for An-124 aircraft capacity may be dwindling as another Ruslan aircraft is now stranded in Belgium, as is also the case with a similar aircraft held in Canada.
In both cases, unpaid Ukrainean debts have led to arrest of aircraft as security.
In the latest case, the An-124 belonging to Antonov Airlines was denied take-off though it was on a mission to take NATO military equipment to Afghanistan.
The cargo has since been transferred to another aircraft from Antonov Airlines.
