AUG 09l, 2004 (newstodate): Swedish carrier Swe Fly has has signed a contract with KKF Finance BV Holland for lease of a Boeing 767-200ER aircraft.
The new aircraft will be introduced on Swe Fly's first international route, to be announced officially in December.
The aircraft is slated for delivery by October/November and will start operations from December, 2004, presumably to charter destinations in Thailand.
The expansion of operations will require more staff, and more aircraft are also envisaged to be taken in by next year, the company says.
Swe Fly today operates a fleet of Fokker F50 aircraft on a limited number of routes in the Nordic region.
