SEP 20, 21004 (newstodate): Effective from October 31, the Uzbek airline Uzbekistan Airways will concentrate all its Moscow operations at Domodedovo International Airport.
So far the airline has operated weekly flights from Domodedovo to Samarkand, Bukhara, Namagan, Fergana and Andizhan, but Uzbekistan Airways will now also move its 10 weekly flights on the route between Moscow and Tashkent to Domodedovo.
The airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft, including Boeing 767, Boeing 757, A310, IL-76, TU-154 and Avro RJ85.
A total of 18 airlines from various CIS countries now operate flights from Domodedovo International Airport that has a total of 42 routes to CIS countries, including routs to all capitals of the CIS states.
