Oct 28, 2005 (newstodate): Following on Thai Airways International's decision to start flights into Moscow from this winter, Singapore Airlines is keen to follow suit.
During his recent visit to Russia, Singapore's prime minister said Singapore Airlines plans for the opening of a new route to Moscow in 2006, pending approval by Russia.
An air service agreement between the two countries is already in place, but the carrier is reportedly still undecided whether to fly directly nonstop or via another destination.
