Dec 21, 2005 (newstodate): The EU Commission has taken a further step towards realising the European Common Aviation Area.
On December 20, the Commission signed an agreement with Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia, Croatia, Romania, Serbia-Montenegro, the UN Mission in Kosovo UNMIK, Norway and Iceland enlarging the scope of the venture.
The agreement will expectedly be signed by the EU transport ministers during the first half of 2006.
