Chicago ranked highest, with 10,953 tonnes comprising 4,033 tonnes from Denmark and 6,290 tonnes from Sweden.
New York followed closely, with a total of 10l,468 tonnes, of which 3,366 tonnes from Denmark, 6,187 tonnes from Sweden, and 915 tonnes from Norway.
Third came Atlanta with 6,069 tonnes, of which 925 from Denmark and 5,144 tonnes from Sweden.
Next came Washington, with 3,3423 tonnes, of which 1,936 from Denmark, 1,135 tonnes from Sweden and 352 tonnes from Norway.
Finally, Seattle generated 2,091 tonnes, comprising 622 tonnes from Denmark, 1,169 tonnes from Swedne, and 300 tonnes from Norway.
