MAR 07, 2005 (newstodate): Siberia Airlines is to expand its fleet of Western-built aircraft with Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
The carrier will reported receive its first two of five ex-Hapag Lloyd Airbus A310-200 in May this year on a lease arrangement with GECAS.
Another A310 will arrive in November, and the remaining two will follow in April, 2006, sources outside the airline say.
Sibiria Airlines will also take in a total of five Boeing 737-500 this year on another lease arrangement with GECAS.
