APR 18, 2005 (newstodate): Export air cargo in the three Baltic markets of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania is expected to grow by 4.0 percent annually over the period 2004-2010, a Lufthansa Cargo analysis says.
In 2004, the three markets generated a total of 4,666 tonnes of export air cargo, of which 2,743 tonnes, or 53 percent, went to Europe that is set to grow by 3.4 percent annually over the period, reaching 3,356 tonnes in 2010.
Next in size come cargo exports to North America, totalling 1,273 tonnes in 2004, corresponding to 27.3 percent and expected to rise by 3.9 percent annually over the period.
