Aug 28, 2006 (newstodate): The Russian privately-owned airline TransAero has now taken in its fifth Boeing 747-200 aircraft.
Russia's first and so far only Boeing 747 passenger aircraft operator, the carrier already plans to add a sixth Boeing 747 aircraft later this autumn.
Also in TransAero's fleet are seven Boeing 767 and seven Boeing 737 aircraft.
