Apr 20, 2007 (newstodate): May 2, 2007, has been announced as the date for the opening of Lufthansa's new route to Albania.
The new route will connect Tirana Airport with Lufthansa's second German hub at Munich, and will be operated twice daily.
Lufthansa started its Albanian services in 2004, offering daily flights from Frankfurt to Tirana.
