Jan 28, 2008 (newstodate): The new Thai carrier Krabi Airlines has again revised plans for its launch of flights to Oslo, Norway, and Munich, Germany.
The airline has now set April 5, 2008, as its start-up date, originally slated for November 3, 2007, and later postponed to January 19, 2008.
An airline spokesman says timetables have yet to be finally confirmed by the Norwegian and German airport authorities, respectively.
Also in the plans is cargo transportation on the route between Krabi, Thailand, and the two airports, but decisions on cargo GSA representation have not yet been finalised.
-Many obstacles are to be overcome, but we believe that all will be set in time, says the spokesman.
The new carrier has earlier aired its ambitious plans to operate two Boeing 777-200ER aircraft in its first year, planning to increase to five within five years, and up to 10 by 2013.
