Dec 17, 2008 (newstodate): Ryanair is seeing further business potentials in Denmark's Billund Airport after the recent demise of Sterling.
The carrier has today annnounced its decision, taking effect from March 5, 2009, to double the volume of weekly flights from Billund to London Stansted from today's seven to a total of 14 flights.
Announcing the news, the carrier also said more news of further growth in operations at Billund will follow in 2009.
Ryanair now operates eight routes out of Billund Airport, the largest international airport in the western part of Denmark.
