Jan 13, 2009 (newstodate): More flights between Russia and Israel are now being planned as the two countries eased limitations in November, 2008.
The joint Israeli-Russian agreement allows for each country to operate six scheduled flights per week between Eilat and Moscow, and Israel has now designated Arkia and Israair from the Israeli side, while Aeroflot has been designated by the Russian side.
The new flight schedule will take effect from January 15, 2009.
