Feb 4, 2009 (newstodate): The Albanian low-cost carrier Belle Air is the most frequent operator at Kosovo's Prishtina International Airport.
The carrier now operates 10 weekly rotations between Albania's Tirana International Aiprort and Prishtina, exercising a virtual monopoly on the route launched on June 4, 2008.
Other airlines operating at Prishtina International Airport include Croatia Airlines from Zagreb since 2008 and Adria Airways from Ljubljana.
Serbia's Jat Airways ceased flights to Prishtina in 1999 and has not returned since.
Adria Airways, British Airways, Turkish Airlines and Malev also serve Kosovo's Prishtina International Airport.
