Jul 02, 2009 (newstodate): Air transportation links between Serbia and Croatia are normalizing after years of separation.
Effective from July, the Serb carrier JAT will resume services from from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport to Dubrovnik after 18 years in the aftermath of the Balkan wars.
The carrier will offer two weekly flights from the start, with plans for more frequencies as the market develops.
JAT is already operating flights from Belgrade to Pula, Croatia, since July 3, 2008, and plans are on the table for opening also flights to Osijek, Croatia, from next year.
