Jan 06, 2010 (newstodate): After several years of absence, the Hungarian carrier Malev has returned services to Serbia.
From December 14, 2009, Malev has introduced a daily service between Budapest and Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.
Malev served the route until 1992 when flights were suspended due to the outbreak of the civil wars that split former Yugoslavia apart.
Plans are already in the making to up frequency on the route after a successful start serving the Christmas traffic.
