Oct 07, 2010 (newstodate): From April 2011, American Airlines will launch flights to Finland.
The carrier will offer daily flights between Chicago and Helsinki Vantaa Airport with Boeing 767-300 aircraft, and flights will be code-shared with oneworld-partner Finnair.
The new service will be operated during the 2011 summer season.
Finnair also offers daily flights from Helsinki to New York and to Toronto, Canada, five times weekly.
