Mar 10,2011 (newstodate): Following on its success in building a presence in the Scandinavian markets, Qatar Airways is now rounding off the market with announcing the inclusion of Norway in its network.
Effective from October 5, 2011, Qatar Airways will introduce flights between Doha and Oslo Gardermoen Airport, offering five weekly flights with Airbus A330 aircraft on the route.
Qatar opened flights with Airbus A319 aircraft to Scandinavia from Doha to Stockholm in Sweden from November 27, 2007, adding flights to Copenhagen Airport in Denmark from March 30, 2010, now serving these destinations with daily Airbus A330 aircraft.
