Aug 12, 2011 (newstodate): Copenhagen Airport is reportedly popping up on the list of destinations to be cut by Slovenia's Adria Airways.
During the current summer schedule, Star Alliance-member Adria Airways is operating five weekly flights between Ljubljana in Slovenia and Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as two weekly flights between Ljubljana and Stockholm, Sweden.
As part of its cost-cutting measures, the carrier has already announced the suspension of flights from this winter to Paris, Istanbul, London and Warsaw.
Adria Airways also opened flights from Ljubljana Airport to Oslo, Norway, from April, 2008, but pulled out again from Summer 2009 after the general decline in the industry.
