Sep 07, 2011 (newstodate): July 2011 was not exactly a positive experience as to IATA export cargo volumes in the Nordic markets.
Of the four markets, only Norway managed to produce positive growth to 7,399 tonnes, up 2.9 percent y-o-y, and constituting the region's second-largest market for IATA export cargo.
Sweden remained the largest IATA export cargo market in the Nordic region, but dropped four percent to a total of 9,513 tonnes.
Denmark was No 3 on the list, with 6,211 tonnes of IATA export cargo, but falling nine percent, which was the largest decline in the Nordics.
Finally Finland where IATA export cargo dropped 0.4 percent to 3,635 tonnes.
