The new route will connect Copenhagen with Sweden's Stockholm Bromma Airport, near the city center.
The carrier will be offering 18 weekly rotations, 36 flights, on the route operated with ATR-72 aircraft, and Flybe Nordic will be handled by Novia at Copenhagen Airport.
With this latest addition, Flybe Nordic will operate a total of 26 routes in the Nordic and Baltic region.
Behind Flybe are Finnair and the UK-based carrier Flybe, with 40 and 60 percent of the stake, respectively.
