Mar 13, 2012 (newstodate): The Lithuanian carrier Small Planet Airlines is taking in a new Airbus A320 aircraft to bolster its position in the Polish market.
The new aircraft, the third of its type in the fleet, will be based with Small Planet Airlines Poland that will start operating the aircraft in the beginning of April 2012, bringing the Airbus A320 fleet in Poland to two aircraft.
At the same time, the carrier is now planning for opening new European markets, yet undisclosed, from 2014 as more aircraft are put into service.
The current aircraft also comprises six Boeing 737-300 aircraft based in Denmark, France, United Kingdom and Italy.
