Jul 26, 2012 (newstodate): Qatar Airways is seeing sustained good results with its route from Doha to Budapest, continuing to Zagreb - and is now preparing to upgrade the service with more capacity.
Effective from August 2, 2012, the carrier will replace the Airbus A320 currently used on the route with an Airbus A321, offering more seats to the markets.
The routes was launched on January 17, 2011, with four weekly rotations, increasing to daily services already from September 14, 2011.
Initially, the routes from Doha to Budapest was extended to Bucharest, in Romania, that became an independent destination on Qatar Airways' route network also from September 14, 2011.
