Oct 08, 2013 (newstodate): Six Kazakh airlines have had their AOC revoked by the country's civil aviation authority in cooperation with IATA experts.
DETA Air operating cargo flights to Hong Kong and Istanbul with two DC-10-40F freighters is now out of business, along with Mega Aircompany operating one Boeing 727 on charter flights.
Euro-Asia Air with 10 aircraft including Bombardier aircraft and helicopters is also out, as is Samal air with four TU-134 aircraft, and operating charter flights with Boeing 737-800 and Russian-built aircraft.
Kazair West, with five aircraft engaged in corporate flights, also lost its AOC during the audit.
