Jan 28, 2015 (newstodate): AirBridgeCargo is bringing main-deck cargo capacity back to the Finnish market, starting from January 26, 2015.
The carrier is now operating a twice-weekly Boeing 747 freighter flying in from Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport and continuing to Frankfurt before returning to Moscow.
At Moscow the freighter connects to the airline's Asian freighter flights to carry Asian exports to Finland as well as lifting Finnish exports to Asian destinations.
In addition, shipments to and from the Baltic and Scandinavian markets will connect to the freighter service via road feeder services.
Until the end of 2014, Finnair Cargo was offering freighter services to Hong Kong, but is now offering only belly-hold capacity on its extensive og frequent passenger flights network to Asian destinations.
