Mar 10, 2015 (newstodate): While the oil & gas industries are not exactly amid a booming upsurge, Geodis Wilson is still opening a new site in Norway.
The company has launched a new branch office in Kristiansand, a center for marine, oil and gas, as well as petrochemical industries in the Southern region of Norway.
The office will offer a wide range of Air- and Ocean freight forwarding services for industrial projects customers in the region, including global re-supply logistics for Petro maritime clients, heavy lift transports, vessel- and aircraft chartering and project management.
The opening of the Kristiansand office is part of the company's overall growth strategy for Geodis Wilson Norway with a strong focus on the Norwegian Oil & Gas market.
At the same time, Geodis has decided to merge all brands - Geodis Calberson, Geodis Wilson, Geodis BM, Geodis Logistics and Geodis Supply Chain Optimization into one unified corporate brand - Geodis.
