Jan 16, 2017 (newstodate): The Slovakian ACMI and charter carrier Go2Sky has added one Boeing 737-800 aircraft on a lease agreement with FLY Leasing.
IOSA-certified, Go2sky started out with one Boeing 737-400 aircraft and now operates a fleet comprising two Boeing 737-400 and two Boeing 737-800 aircraft, focusing on the ACMI markets with airline customers including Lufthansa, Norwegian, TUI, Transavia and CSA Czech Airlines.
Plans are to gradually phase out the Boeing 737-400, to be replaced with Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Based at Bratislava and managed and founded by Daniel Ferjancek, Go2Sky took in its first aircraft, a Boeing 737-400, by June 15, 2013.
