Nov 15, 2017 (newstodate): The Italian carrier Ernest Airlines is to set up a route network connecting Italy and destinations in Ukraine.
In the pipeline are new flights from December 8, 2017, connecting Naples and Milan Bergamo with Lviv and Kiev with three weekly rotations, and launch flights between Venice and Lviv with two weekly rotations.
The first flight by Ernest Airlines between Italy and Ukraine was performed on October 20, 2017 on the route between Milan Bergamo and Lviv currently served with two weekly flights, and adding a third weekly rotation from December.
Receiving its AOC on April 11, 2017, Ernest Airlines, backed by Italian and Swedish investors, now operates a fleet comprising one Airbus A319 and one Airbus A320 aircraft.
